Open Eddington 2019: Street food market and bar
Saturday 14th September 2019 10:00am - 4:00pm
Open Eddington takes place on Saturday 14 September and will see some of the region’s best vendors bring their food trucks to the streets of Eddington.
There will be Spanish favourites from Azahar and meat free alternatives from Vegan Vice.
Plus the local bar and bottle shop Thirsty will be bringing their unique licensed beer bus to keep visitors refreshed.
PIG-CASSO’S
The menu includes a range of exciting food: slow smoked pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked pork belly burnt ends, served on freshly baked artisan brioche buns with our home-made coleslaw.
Azahar
Taking the wonderful flavours of Spain and serving them up for your enjoyment.
Churros bar
Serving up delicious Spanish churros in and around Cambridge for the last five years. A light and fluffy centre and are satisfyingly crunchy on the outside and are served we chocolate sauce.
Vegan Vice
Saucy and 100% Vegan Burgers & Super Casual Fast-food Dining
Pimp My Fish
No ordinary fish and chip van. To be eaten just as nature intended with salt and vinegar, or pimped up with our homemade sauces to give a creative twist.

Getting to Eddington
Get to Open Eddington for free on the U-bus. On Saturdays the service runs from the railway station to Eddington via the city centre – click here for the timetable.
Alternatively Eddington is a short cycle journey from central Cambridge.
There will be very limited parking available so we encourage visitors to use sustainable transport methods to get to Eddington. Drivers can park at the Madingley Road Park and Ride, a short walk from Eddington. For more information click here.
