Brilliant Minds at Eddington: Markus Hellenbrand

This month’s blog article features the brilliant mind behind the innovative research that is developing materials that protect the environment and supply everyone with computing power and access to information.

 

Markus Hellenbrand is a resident at Eddington whose research is concerned with the development of materials for more energy-efficient information storage in computers.

This Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy’s researcher always dreamt about working for the University of Cambridge, which in his words, is ‘one of the most prestigious universities in the world’, and living in Eddington made it possible.
