Come and immerse yourself in an event dedicated to deep listening, sound immersion and nourishing yin at Storey’s Field Centre.

Join Janine and Nicky for an evening of connection. You will explore a winter yin yoga/mindfulness practice held in a sacred space of tranquillity while being immersed in sound.

Winter is a starkly beautiful season connected to the inward senses, highlighting the importance of looking within to listen to our bodies and minds.

Nicky and Janine are honouring this yin season with a beautiful opportunity to be in your community, nurturing yourselves in this intentionally curated way.
