Join Breathwork Practitioner, Lisa, and Crystal Sound Healer, Kate, for an incredibly powerful, life affirming retreat afternoon to welcome the arrival on the 21st June of the Summer Solstice. Solstice is a time to revel in your inner power and celebrate your unique energy. It is a time of balance between light and shadow, it culminates in the perfect balance of day and night. Our ancestors held ceremonies to celebrate this time of new beginnings, rebirth, transformation and creativity.
This afternoon retreat has all the ingredients needed to help you feel free so you can let go of anything that holds you back. Connecting in community through ceremony, breath, dance and sound. All your senses flourishing and flowing. Resetting all systems in your body, creating space for joy to flow, for your dreams to ignite, for love to blossom.
