Park Yoga

Eddington will welcome Park Yoga for the first time, offering a new way for the community to come together, move, and unwind in the fresh air.
Starting Sunday 4th May, free outdoor yoga sessions will take place every week on Sundays from 9:30am to 10:30am at Eddington Cricket Pitch. Park Yoga will run through to 14th September. Open to all, these inclusive sessions require no booking—simply bring a yoga mat or towel, stay hydrated, and don’t forget your sun cream!
Park Yoga is more than just exercise; it’s a chance to connect with others, enjoy nature, and improve both physical and mental well-being. Our local expert yoga instructor, Jane Cuthbert will guide you through a one-hour accessible work-out on the cricket pitch at Eddington.
