Join yoga teacher Arabella Wright for an extended and in-person class of fascia focused movement known as Slings Myofascial Training.
You’ll move steadily through generous exercises that will focus on creating space in the body as well as promoting glide and hydration in the connective tissues. A more extensive part will be incorporating the massage balls and domes to enhance the movements and facilitate change in the connective tissues. Arabella will be able to closely observe the movements you perform and offer more individual support.
Open to anyone with some previous experience of yoga, Pilates, or other movement modality.
Please bring the following:
· one Pilates/yoga mat
· two soft massage balls (Ø 12cm)
· one kneeling pad, or similar
· one or two yoga bricks
· two soft massage domes (Ø 11cm) not essential, but nice to have
