Iyengar Yoga Classes

Yoga improves fitness, balance, agility, and has now even been shown in a scientific study to improve bone density.

A small and friendly Iyengar Yoga class takes place at the Storey’s Field Centre each Monday, suitable for beginners and more experienced students.

There is a strong emphasis on body alignment and precision within all of the postures which this helps to increase flexibility, balance, strength and stamina.

Robert Ashman has been practising yoga for 22 years and is a certified and fully insured Junior/Intermediate instructor with 16 years teaching experience.
