Flowing and Restorative Yoga

Join Rachael in this 90-minute extended yoga practice at Turing Locke to give yourself some much needed space, and create a fortifying yoga practice accompanied by breath work.

Give your nervous system the chance to recalibrate and move towards a place of rest.

This is essential for our long-term wellbeing and health a body that feels fortified, light and open and a mind that has perhaps had opportunity to feel a little less ‘busy and scattered’

The practice will be a combination of carefully curated dynamic yoga sequences alongside longer held restorative asanas (yoga postures).
