Join Rachael in this 90 minute extended practice where we gift ourselves some much-needed space to land on our yoga mat and create a nourishing fortifying yoga practice accompanied by balancing and soothing breathing work.

The result will be a nervous system that has had the chance to re-calibrate and move towards a place of ‘rest & digest’ (essential for our long-term wellbeing and health) a body that feels fortified, light and open and a mind that has perhaps had opportunity to feel a little less ‘busy and scattered’.

The practice will be a combination of carefully curated dynamic yoga sequences alongside longer held restorative asanas (yoga postures).

Essential oils will also be offered in the practice to add another subtle but powerful layer of potency to the practice.
