The final film in the Christmas festive trilogy at Eddington is screened on December 21 on the terrace at Dutch cocktail bar.
This one needs little introduction – It’s a Wonderful Life is considered by many to be one of the greatest films of all time.
It tells the story of George Bailey (played by James Stewart), a downtrodden man who has given up on personal happiness.
In a sad state of mind on Christmas Eve, George’s guardian angel comes down from heaven to show him what an amazing human being he is, through his acts of kindness and service to others.
This is a free screening, and will be run on a first come, first served basis, from 6:30pm. The heaters will be on and blankets will be provided!
