Eddington Feel Good Festival

Saturday 19th January 2019 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Location: Storey’s Field Centre

The festival will provide free activities including Yoga, Piloxing, Jazzercise, health talks and Gong Relaxation sessions. Based at Eddington’s Storey’s Field Centre, the festival will run from 1-4pm.

Sessions can be booked on the day.

 

Schedule

Meeting Room:

Health talk – ‘New Year, New You’ 1 -1.45pm
Meditation talk – ‘The healing power of happiness’ 2 – 2.45pm
Meal Plans talk – 2.50 – 3.20pm
Pilates – 3.25-4pm

Studio:

Piloxing (cardio workout combining pilates, boxing and dance) – 1.10 – 1.40pm
Barre Class (a workout set to music, which combines Pilates, yoga and ballet) – 1.45 – 2.15pm
Ashtanga Yoga  – 2.20 – 2.50pm
The Mix (dance based exercise) – 2.55 – 3.25pm
Iyengar Yoga

 

Main Hall

Ceroc Jive (energetic and fun dance) – 1.15 – 1.45pm
Jazzercise – 2 – 2.30pm
Gong Relaxation (meditation and relaxation session) – 2.45 – 3.15pm
