Cambridge Jazz Festival: Black Mamba

A widely popular band with a growing global audience, Black Mamba hail from Portugal and are performing at Eddington as the final act to celebrate this year’s Cambridge Jazz Festival at Storey’s Field Centre.

The band are about to release their fourth album, Last Night in Amsterdam, inspired by their experiences on a trip to that fabled city.

They are currently riding the crest of a wave after playing sold-out gigs in the biggest venues in Portugal. They also gained huge traction after winning the 2021 Portuguese Song Festival. Following that an acclaimed performance at Eurovision 2021 cemented their status as a band to watch.
