R3FORM launches in Eddington

Opening in Summer 2025, the UK’s largest Reformer Studio is opening in Eddington. R3FORM – which was launched in 2021 and has shaken the wellness scene – is launching its third studio in the region.

At the core of R3FORM is a signature reformer-based method that fuses traditional Pilates with HIIT, yoga, and functional strength training. Every session is led by next-level instructors that have been trained in-house to deliver the kind of precision, energy, and vibe that is unique to R3FORM. Within the studio, expect clean lines, calming tones, natural light, and premium finishes.

Co-founders Howard and Christie Braband have built R3FORM which has been shaped by their 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry. The pair have created and led over 100 health clubs and spas across the UK and internationally, earning titles like Club of the Year and Spa of the Year along the way. But with R3FORM, they’ve torn up the rulebook.

“We didn’t want to create just another studio,” says Howard Braband. “We wanted to build a brand that fuses years of experience with the kind of energy, movement and mindset today’s fitness community is craving. Feel good, do good: Launch Week with a Difference

To mark the opening in late July, R3FORM is hosting a week of pop-up classes at the new Eddington studio across reformer, Pilates, yoga, barre and more. No membership is needed. No cost to join.
