New build-to-rent homes provide a distinctive offer at Eddington

New build-to-rent homes will form part of the community at Eddington offering flexibility, choice and a sustainable lifestyle to the Cambridge housing market.

Developer Apache Capital has partnered with Nuveen Real Estate to develop and operate the homes under the name Present Made of Eddington which comprises of 373 homes (lots S1 and S2) as part of the North West Cambridge masterplan.

Alongside high quality housing built specifically for rent, Present Made of Eddington will also provide a range of amenities and shared spaces, including a communal pavilion, gym, yoga studio, private dining room, bike café, games room, cinema and co-working space. This will make Present Made of Eddington Cambridge’s first purpose-built and designed rental housing development with on-site management and resident support.
