At the end of May, Durkan Homes will be opening the doors to Lumo, a brand-new collection of contemporary homes in Eddington – and everyone’s invited to come and take a look.

On Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May 2026, visitors will be able to step inside two show homes and explore the new marketing suite at Lumo. The launch weekend events run from 10am to 5pm each day and are designed to be relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re actively house‑hunting or just curious!

There’ll be refreshments available throughout the day, plus free, child‑friendly arts and crafts activities, making it easy for families to come along and enjoy the experience. It’s a chance to explore the homes at your own pace and get a feel for what living at Lumo could be like.

Lumo comprises 160 new homes, including one-, two- and three‑bedroom apartments, many with private terraces, alongside three- and four‑bedroom houses with gardens and, in some cases, garages.

Inside, the homes are bright and contemporary, with thoughtful layouts, modern kitchens with integrated appliances and stylish bathrooms. Sustainability is a big focus too, with features such as district heating, solar panels and electric vehicle charging points all boosting greener living.

Lumo is located off Five Acres from Eddington Avenue.
