Knights Park at Eddington wins RIBA East prize

Knights Park, a neighbourhood within the University of Cambridge’s Eddington development, has won a RIBA East Award.

Designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards and Alison Brooks Architects, Knights Park is a sustainable development with quality of life at its focus that includes:

  • 249 high-quality, sustainable homes,
  • Net-zero carbon throughout,
  • Local amenities including a primary school, nursery, shops, and health centre,
  • A thoughtful mix of terraced houses, courtyard homes, and villas,
  • All homes built to Code Level 5,
  • Flexible living spaces,
  • Pedestrian-friendly ‘green streets’.

A development by Hill, Knights Park is a welcoming community and a testament to considerate urban design and vision-led placemaking.

Following the success at the RIBA East, Knights Park will progress to the RIBA National awards.
