House of Lords Built Environment Committee recognises Eddington as good practice

Eddington has been highlighted as an example of best practice in a report by the House of Lords Built Environment Committee. The Meeting Housing Demand report, which was published on 10 January 2022, highlights key factors which are vital to building new homes to meet housing demand.

Within a chapter about design and quality, the University of Cambridge’s development of Eddington is highlighted as a good example of the development of homes and community facilities alongside public realm from the outset to support quality design of new neighbourhoods.
