Eddington Beer Garden 2023

A pop-up event for the community takes place in Eddington Square on 28-29 April.

The centre of Eddington will be transformed this April with a pop-up beer garden, offering visitors the chance to sample some of the finest craft beer, street food and live entertainment amidst welcoming surroundings.

This two-day event will provide a choice of draft and craft beers, gins, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic beverages within the setting of this intriguing pop-up concept. Local independent street food vendors and musical acts performing on a potting shed stage will create a feel-good vibe and chance to meet friends in a new community space.

Eddington’s Marketing Manager, Biky Wan commented, “As part of our plans to support the development of the community, the Eddington Beer Garden is a pop-up event aimed at bringing people together in Eddington. We have been working with local companies on a temporary transformation of Eddington Square which we hope will create some intrigue for residents and visitors.

“The event is part of a calendar of pop-up initiatives around Eddington that we have planned for the community to explore. We hope you will join us for this first event in Spring.”

The Eddington Beer Garden is free to attend and open to all.  Click here to book your space for the event.

Eddington is a sustainable neighbourhood that has been created by the University of Cambridge to provide homes for University and College key worker staff, students and the wider community in a visionary and vibrant environment.
