Brew: coffee shop and roastery opens in Eddington

A new coffee shop has opened in Eddington. Located in Hyatt Centric Cambridge, Brew Eddington is a new venture by local independent coffee providers, The Brew Project.

Brew Eddington serve premium quality, expertly crafted coffee that uses various brewing methods to bring out a range of unique flavours. Their menu includes an extensive list of speciality coffee, including their nitro cold brew. Artisan pastries, cakes, delicious lunch-box options, plus locally sourced food and beverages are available.

Brew is an additional welcome to the growing independent food retailers at Eddington, following last year’s opening of Douce, the hair salon and coffee bar, as well as existing artisan bakery, Dulcedo in Eddington Square and regular visits from foodPark.

Brew Eddington is open daily from 7.30am-3pm.
